It all started in 2009 when a group of friends and I would get together for comradery, hiking, and smoking. Our nature filled smoking adventures always happened spontaneously, as we preferred to live in the moment. Our desire to remain spontaneous lead to critical issues.
Losing a smoking tool was quite common. Other times, the issue was that we forgot to bring smoking material. We also had to deal with potent odors that would cause anything we used to transport the smoking utilities and material to smell. Enough was enough and I was determined to come up with a solution.
After some careful designing and meticulous labor, the Bongbu™ Buddy was born. The device is as small as possible without sacrificing performance. Odors are contained, tools and smoking material are properly secured, and as an added bonus, joints are now easier to roll. To say that my friends were impressed is an understatement. The Bongbu™ Buddy was a success. From that moment forward I decided to continue my efforts to create elegant and effective smoking solutions to the biggest problems smokers face.
